Heath & Safety Position

To advise and support on all aspects of Health, Safety, which will require on-site visits to other sites. Responsible for the development, implementation and review of Health, Safety legislation and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Support and assist management to implement and comply with the requirements of all areas of Health and Safety at Work and relevant safety legislation. Make recommendations, interpret and implement policy decisions to ensure legislative compliance.
Encourage and promote a positive and conscious safety, environmental and quality culture and to drive continuous improvement in health, safety and quality performance.
Provide and implement Health and Safety expertise by maintaining an up-to-date understanding of all appropriate health, safety and environmental legislation. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards.
Undertake any Health and Safety procedures as indicated in any risk assessments.
